There are some things that you take with you when you travel, and there are some things that you should leave at home. The method of going to your destination will determine what you should take with you. If you drive, then you can take just about anything you want, but if you fly, there are some limitations. Don’t take any sharp objects. These are not allowed on the plane, and if they are found in your suitcases, you will not be allowed to take them with you. You should have a small bag that you keep on the plane, and the rest of your items should fit securely in one or two suitcases. Some airports charge extra fees for more than one or two suitcases. Try not to take any toiletries like shampoo and conditioner because some airlines won’t allow them due to the potential of leaks. Take one change of clothes in the bag you keep with you in case your luggage is lost.
